Impact3 is a crypto-native marketing and PR agency dedicated to building trusted brands in the trustless technology space. We are a team of 40 marketing rockstars helping crypto companies scale through compelling storytelling and data-driven performance marketing.

We are now launching the world’s first dedicated crypto-native Investor Relations department 🥇, and we are looking for a founding leader to build, execute, and scale this function from the ground up.

As the first hire for our IR department, you aren't just executing a playbook—you are writing it. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and capital markets, helping crypto protocols and digital asset companies articulate their value to the world.

This is a high-ownership role
. You will initially take over IR for our anchor clients (including Sky) and eventually scale the department into a standalone powerhouse. You will own the revenue, the processes, and the relationships.

• Earnings & Reporting (Primary Focus): Own the end-to-end "earnings-style" reporting process for crypto protocols. Translate raw protocol data, TVL, and financial metrics into polished, investor-grade quarterly reports and letters.
• Narrative Positioning: Refine core IR stories. Decide what metrics matter most for investors and how to frame them to highlight growth while maintaining credibility.
• Executive Support: Script earnings calls and prepare founders/leadership for Q&A with analysts and VCs.
• Department Building: Design the templates, standards, and systems that will define how crypto IR is conducted globally.
• Networking & BD (Growth Focus): Build and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts, crypto/Trad Fi funds, and digital asset issuers (e.g., Bitwise, Grayscale, 21
  
  Shares).
• Market Insight: Act as the bridge between our clients and capital allocators, staying ahead of trends in both Trad Fi and crypto-native markets.

We are looking for an experienced professional capable of owning client relationships independently. You should have a background in Public Markets IR, Equity Research, or Capital Markets.

• Strategic & Financial Fluency: You can interpret P&L-style data and protocol metrics to understand what actually drives investor interest.
• Narrative Excellence: You are a world-class writer who can synthesize complex technical information into a crisp, coherent investor narrative.
• Crypto-Native or Highly Motivated: You have a deep interest in token ecosystems. If you come from Trad Fi, you must be obsessed with applying those principles to the digital asset space.
• The Builder Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of building a new department from scratch.
• Location: Global but close to US or US-based preferred;
  NYC is a plus for future networking and events.

• Experience: 5+ years in Investor Relations, Equity Research (Crypto/Tech/Fin Serv), or Buy-side/Sell-side analysis.
• Writing: Proven ability to produce investor-grade materials (reports, scripts, white papers).
• Communication: Confident communicator comfortable advising founders and engaging with LPs/VCs.
• Network (Nice-to-have): Existing relationships with crypto funds, research desks, or ETP issuers.
