This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Technical Architect, with the primary location in Canada, GTA, and opportunities for partial remote work. The Salesforce Technical Architect will design and implement scalable, performance-oriented solutions using Salesforce frameworks and tools. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, leading technical architecture design, conducting code reviews, managing integrations with other systems, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Troubleshooting, mentoring team members, and contributing to project roadmaps will also be integral to the role.

• 10+ Years of Salesforce experience, of which at least 3 years as Technical Architect
• Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications
• Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, and Salesforce APIs
• Knowledge of systems integration, data modeling, and enterprise application architecture
• Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate across teams
• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect or Application/System Architect) are highly preferred
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies and modern software development practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience required
• Prior experience in consulting or delivering solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem is an asset
