• Assist users with support requests and calculate test cases for enhancements
• Validate vendor patches and upgrades for the ERP environment
• Develop training materials and select appropriate instructional methods
• Create process and technical documentation for existing and new processes
• Participate in project teams involving ERP applications and communicate effectively

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
• Bachelor's degree or relevant combination of experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree

• Experience in application leadership and user support
• Familiarity with developing training curricula for software applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create technical documentation and user guides
