Qualifications- Proven experience in technical writing or documentation management, ideally within a technology company.
- Experience documenting software for a technical audience.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Solid understanding of information architecture and content management principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and subject‑matter experts.
- Familiarity with various documentation tools and CMSs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
