We are currently seeking a
Hyperion Support Lead - Remote Canada to join our team in Canada (CA).

• Provide functional/technical expertise to support corporate reporting and consolidation process.
• Manage HFM and FDMEE applications including metadata (updates through classic, EPMA library and/or DRM) data uploads, mapping tables, security and provisioning
• Troubleshoot and develop reports in Hyperion Financial Reports and Smart View
• Troubleshoot financial statement disconnects to source system(s)
• Start and Stop EPM services
• Document issues, requests, and changes in Service
  
  NOW ITIL system
• Maintain HFM rules and files

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Hyperion Financial Management (11.2.x or higher)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Hyperion Financial Reports and Financial Reporting Studio Web
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Smart View (creating new reports, supporting ad hoc, break fix, etc.)
• 3 - 5 years of experience with FDMEE DM
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Organized and detailed-oriented
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office versions 2010 - 2016
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills,problem solving/debugging skills
• Agood attitude, strong business ethics, an analytic mind, the ability to think on your feet, and excellent customer skills
• Be a self-starter with high motivation to succeed
• Be a team player with strong results orientation
• Knowledge of financial accounting processes
• Critical thinking and analytical background
• Travel:
  This position does not require travel or has minimal travel requirements. Otherwise requires work from home (internet access, phone access and private location with no interruptions).
• Degree:
  Undergraduate degree in Finance or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Implementation experience with Oracle Hyperion Consolidation products
• Able to demonstrate an ability to be an advisor to the client in a functional capacity; a consultant to the client and projects in a technical capacity; able to design new applications using information gathered up front
• Recent working experience with FCCS implementations and migrations
• Experience with Hyperion Planning and/or Oracle Essbase products
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and technologies for ETL with Hyperion
• 2 years of experience with Oracle ERP GL in terms of Chart of Accounts (COA), concurrent program processing, data extractions and data loading
