This role is quality-focused. You will verify, correct, and standardise data to ensure accuracy for internal reporting and operations.
Responsibilities- Review databases for errors, duplicates, missing values, and incorrect formats
- Standardise entries (names, country codes, phone formats, categories)
- Perform quality checks and maintain accuracy benchmarks
- Create structured reports and error logs with fixes completed
- Support periodic audits and cleanup projects
- 1+ year experience in admin support, data coordination, or operations
- High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Strong spreadsheet and documentation skills
- Lofty attention to detail (accuracy-focused)
- Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with large lists
- Ability to follow strict data rules and documentation standards
- Experience in QA, auditing, compliance support, or data cleaning
