VRIFY seeks a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our mission of transforming mineral exploration through AI-assisted discovery. In this role, you'll drive new business growth initiatives that establish VRIFY as the category leader in AI-assisted mineral discovery, focusing on industry relationship development, demand generation programs, and pipeline acceleration for new customer acquisition. Working alongside VRIFY’s world-class Marketing team, you'll develop and execute targeted growth campaigns that expand VRIFY's market presence and convert new prospects in the mineral exploration industry.

As a key member of the Marketing team, you'll work closely with sales and product teams to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, leveraging your understanding of both the mining industry and B2B growth marketing to develop innovative approaches for market expansion and new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Industry Growth Development:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and media partners
  • Develop and manage mining industry influencer program
  • Create scalable programs to convert industry relationships into business opportunities
  • Support lead generation through industry network development

New Business Demand Generation:

  • Develop innovative approaches to reach and engage new prospects
  • Create and optimize lead generation programs for new market segments

Growth Program Management:

  • Lead the planning and execution of growth marketing initiatives focused on new business
  • Identify and pursue new channel opportunities for market expansion
  • Track and optimize campaign performance metrics for new customer acquisition
  • Report on growth marketing KPIs and provide recommendations for optimization

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on growth and demand generation
  • Proven track record in developing relationships within technical or resource industries
  • Experience in event marketing and community development
  • Background in pipeline development and revenue-focused marketing programs

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of B2B growth marketing principles and demand generation
  • Excellent relationship building and networking abilities in technical industries
  • Experience developing and managing influencer programs
  • Strategic approach to pipeline development and revenue generation
  • Proven ability to build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing campaign performance
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate complex concepts
  • Experience in mineral exploration, technology, or related industrial sectors preferred

Terms of Employment

  • Full-time, Permanent, Remote work in Canada. Preference for Metro Vancouver-based.
