As a bootstrapped and profitable company with no investors in the cap table, we are free to do what makes sense from the business as well as from the tech perspective. Requirements
State of the art knowledge in designing User Interfaces and Customer Journeys which users love
Real domain expert down to the roots in UI/UX design
Knowing the difference between real knowledge/understanding and Dunning‑Kruger
Open mind to listen and learn but also to give back knowledge to the organization
Strong business problem‑solving mindset, taking responsibility for (sub‑)projects/initiatives – Knowing:
How to prioritise effectively by applying the Pareto principle of 20/80
How to break down bigger milestones into risk‑safe strategic agile iterations that lead to quality and steady progress
Communication skills:
Ability to adapt the communication method/style to the audience so that everyone is able to understand the main point
Awareness about the difference between knowledge/skills and real experience
Budget
The budget range for this role is €80k/Year – €140k/Year, depending on the candidate's level of experience and fit with the position requirements.
