- Design intuitive and beautiful user interfaces with a strong focus on layout hierarchy, typography, and visual polish.
- Contribute to and evolve a unified design system that ensures consistency and scalability across the product.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to explore and validate interface concepts.
- Create interaction flows and component specs that account for dynamic AI behavior and adaptive content.
- Explore opportunities to use motion and micro-interactions to enhance clarity and delight in the product experience.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback, usage data, and stakeholder input.
- 4 years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent).
- A strong portfolio that shows well‑crafted UIs, attention to visual detail, and thoughtful interaction design.
- Strong expertise in interaction design principles, motion, and system design.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system in a team setting.
- Fluency in tools like Figma and confidence creating responsive designs for web applications.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving product definitions.
- Collaborative and curious mindset, interested in learning from teammates across disciplines.
- Skills in motion design and prototyping tools such as Code Pen, Rive, Principle, or Framer.
- Experience designing interfaces for AI‑powered tools or enterprise software.
- Understanding of the needs and mental models of business users in large organizations.
- Familiarity with search‑intelligent assistants or workflow automation tools.
