Job
The mobile team empowers the e-commerce business by crafting the best iOS app experience for our users. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and driving the iOS chapter with your excellent technical leadership.
You will also regularly coordinate and communicate with cross-functional squads.
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of passionate iOS engineers
- Build high performance, well-structured native app with modern iOS best‑practices in mind
- Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of the app
- Advocate good engineering practices and ensure technical knowledge sharing
- Define and plan a vision of scalable, modernize mobile architecture
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
- Able to lead and make high‑level decisions
- Maintain respectful and trusting relationships and effective people manager
- Proficient with Swift and XCTest
- Experience with offline storage, concurrency, threading and performance tuning
- Knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures (MVVM or VIPER), trends, and emerging technologies
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Bonus point if you have experience working with CI/CD, automation tools or functional programming
- At least 4‑5 years’ experience in leading small/medium size team
- Excellent communication skill(s)
- Strong technical skills, especially in iOS
