- Calculate test cases for enhancements from vendors or internal changes
- Validate vendor patches and upgrades to the ERP environment

- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal clients at all levels
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training
- Strong analytical skills and a customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to create process documentation and technical guides
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in project teams related to ERP systems
- Familiarity with various software applications for training development
- Knowledge of industry best practices in ERP implementation and support
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
