We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer to manage, maintain, and enhance our Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications, with the ability to work confidently with legacy systems and undocumented code. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the capability to translate business needs into effective system improvements.

• Develop, maintain, and improve solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho apps.
• Work with old or undocumented code to fix issues, update functions, and optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing workflows, custom functions, scripts, and automation.
• Use Zoho sandbox environments to safely test changes before deployment.
• Manage smooth deployment of updates from sandbox to production.
• Ensure seamless integration and data flow between various Zoho applications.
• Create, update, and maintain API integrations with external systems.
• Identify areas for process improvement and enhance overall system efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer (CRM, Creator, and related Zoho apps).
• Strong understanding of Deluge scripting and workflow automation.
• Ability to work with legacy / undocumented codebases.
• Experience using Zoho sandbox environments for testing and validation.
• Knowledge of API development and integration best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
