We are working with a leading retail organisation seeking an experienced Net Suite ERP IT Manager to take ownership of their ERP environment and drive optimisation across the business. About the Role

As the Net Suite ERP IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s Net Suite platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and supply chain to ensure the ERP system supports business objectives and delivers maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the Net Suite ERP system.

* Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party applications.

* Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

* Manage vendor relationships and liaise with external Net Suite support partners.

* Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective system utilisation.

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience managing Net Suite ERP within a retail or similar environment.

* Strong understanding of ERP workflows, finance, and supply chain processes.

* Hands-on experience with Net Suite configuration and customisation.

* Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
