IT Intern - FTC

We are the internal recruitment partner working with a global home appliance brand known for producing affordable, energy-efficient, and innovative household appliances.

We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Intern to join our Field Service IT Solutions team in Peterborough. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international organisation and support the digital transformation of our Consumer Service operations across Europe.

You will work closely with both IT and business teams, gaining exposure to real-world projects primarily involving Salesforce and SAP platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to start building a career in IT and digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support IT and business teams with the implementation and maintenance of digital solutions within the Field Service area (mainly Salesforce and SAP).
• Assist in analysing business requirements, documenting user needs, and mapping them to IT functionalities.
• Participate in system testing activities to ensure accuracy and quality of configurations.
• Help prepare training materials and process documentation for end users.
• Support data analysis and reporting related to consumer service operations.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and system efficiency.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Recently graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in technology and digital solutions.
• Basic knowledge or academic exposure to CRM systems, databases, or business process management is an advantage.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
