What can you expect?

As a Graduate Delivery Manager, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of projects, from sale to launch and initial live operation. You'll gain experience in improving delivery processes and maximizing client satisfaction. We support your growth into this role with mentorship and increasing responsibilities.

In time, you will be responsible for:

• Owning projects and caring deeply about client integration.
• Initiating delivery projects, aligning plans with client expectations and business goals.
• Leading client onboarding calls, defining specifications, and guiding them through integration.
• Managing project schedules, tracking milestones, and adjusting timelines with project management tools.
• Maintaining transparent communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and negotiating scope changes.
• Reviewing client integrations to ensure they meet specifications and providing feedback.
• Running CMS training to ensure effective platform use.
• Identifying and addressing problems proactively with solutions.
• Managing post-launch support and ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success.
• Collaborating across teams, combining tech and content work.
• Contributing to process and delivery improvements.
• Keeping project documentation accurate and up-to-date.
