Why this role?As a Senior Technical Sales Enablement Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping how modern organisations build and secure software 'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and help drive our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle.
The Go-To-Market Enablement team exists to maximize sales and customer success performance to support the growth of our company will be responsible for supporting and driving the success of our global Solution Engineers, Technical Success Managers, Professional Services, Support, and Solution Architect teams. Your work will implement strategic global Technical Enablement programs, and help our customer‑facing field teams build a deeper technical understanding of our product, effectively demonstrate our platform capabilities, and deliver value to Snyk customers and prospects.
What You’ll Do:- Lead the design and execution of strategic, scalable global Technical Enablement programs and certifications.
- Own and evolve the onboarding process for new technical hires to ensure a fast track to productivity.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align training with the product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy.
- Build and maintain a central repository of consumable learning solutions, including demo videos, labs, and workshops for self‑service consumption.
- Use data and feedback from the technical field to continuously iterate and improve training materials and programs.
- Create and lead measurable enablement sessions and content that clearly differentiate the Snyk platform’s value proposition.
- Have expertise in Application Security, AI security, and/or Open Source software.
- Bring fresh ideas and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Can build presentations that keep a meeting room awake (as you'll be leading global sessions often!).
- Have a sense of humour — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!
- You bring 3‑5+ years of Technical Enablement experience; experience in a technical software sales or customer‑facing role is preferred.
- Strong understanding and subject matter familiarity with modern software development and its associated technologies.
- You have experience writing technical documentation and building experiential learning programs.
- Possess strong presentation and communication skills for delivering training and collaborating closely with stakeholders.
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and managing complex projects in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- You demonstrate the ability to analyze and design solutions to address knowledge or performance gaps within technical teams.
