Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Maintain high availability and reliability of the Ascend One Platform. Lead incident response, coordinate teams, and conduct blameless postmortems. Build monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions. Automate manual processes and collaborate on resilient system design. Promote SRE best practices, mentor junior engineers, and support on-call rotations.

• Experience with large-scale Kubernetes platforms
• Strong incident management and root cause analysis across infrastructure layers
• Knowledge of security compliance and threat mitigation
• Familiarity with Jenkins (CI/CD) and Terraform (IaC)
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
