This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Automation Specialist – Social Media & Content Workflows, located in Sheridan, WY, with opportunities for partial work from home. The role involves designing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions to optimize content workflows and enhance social media strategies.
Responsibilities- Analyze processes
- Develop automation strategies
- Test implementations
- Troubleshoot identified issues
- Ensure quality assurance in automation projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation solutions with business goals
- Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, with the ability to design and implement workflow solutions
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and developing effective resolutions to ensure smooth operations
- Experience in creating and executing Test Cases for automation systems
- Proven ability to handle Quality Assurance tasks and maintain high standards in automation outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with social media platforms, content management tools, and digital marketing automation systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
