As a PRISM Technical Systems Analyst, you will implement, support, and enhance  You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, analysts, and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions and support solution delivery from concept to post-launch.

• Gather and validate business and system requirements with clients.
• Analyze workflows, user stories, and system behaviors to recommend solutions aligned with PRISM functionality.
• Document technical requirements, data mapping, and use cases.
• Support creation of custom reports, SQL queries, and data visualizations (e.g., Crystal Reports, Power BI).
• Assist in the configuration and rollout of new PRISM environments.
• Collaborate with developers to support system integrations and data conversion.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
• Provide hands‑on support during go‑live and post‑implementation phases.
• Deliver Tier 2/3 technical support to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead client and partner training sessions (virtual and in‑person).
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation.
• Perform quality assurance on data imports and exports.
• Write and maintain queries and scripts for reporting and analytics.
• Identify and troubleshoot data issues and support performance optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience in systems analysis or similar technical role.
• 1–3 years in IT product implementation, technical support, or configuration.
• Familiarity with business process engineering and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Proficient with SQL, Excel, and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and technical writing skills.

• Experience supporting SaaS or cloud‑based solutions.
• Understanding of supplier diversity, procurement, or compliance industries.
• Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Visio, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops.
