• Conduct internal and customer audits and security assessments to document compliance with the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy
• Develop project plans with milestones and ensure completion of audit requirements with minimal supervision
• Identify risks and facilitate their resolution while tracking audit follow‑up and remediation activities
• Liaise with internal teams and third‑party auditors to ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Represent CJIS requirements in product development and compliance assessments including PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, and NIST

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Legal Studies
• IT or Security experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to travel 25%

• Progress towards CISA or CIPP certification
• Experience conducting security audits or compliance assessments
