About the roleAs the SOC Manager, you will lead our Security Operations Center team, ensuring efficient detection, triage, and response to security incidents. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in SOC operations, strong leadership skills, and a passion for cybersecurity.

- Leadership & Team Management: Oversee SOC analysts and engineers, providing mentorship and performance management. Develop staffing plans, hiring strategies and schedules to maintain 24/7 coverage.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure timely detection, analysis, and response to security incidents. Maintain and improve SOC processes, playbooks, and KPIs. Collaborate with other RADICL teams to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
- Technology & Process Optimization: Manage SOC tools to ensure optimal performance. Drive automation, orchestration, and AI initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Client Engagement: Act as a point of escalation for critical incidents. Provide detailed reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Education & Experience: 5+ years in SOC operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical
Skills:
Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence platforms. Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and incident response methodologies. Familiarity with agentic AI tools. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay range: 175,000 USD per year (Boulder, CO)
