- Strong experience with generative AI, retrieval‑augmented generation, and large language models
- Prior management experience in coaching and developing high‑performing teams
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions at scale in enterprise environments
- Experience innovating state‑of‑the‑art research to solve real‑world problems
- Relevant publications in major AI conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, or NeurIPS
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
