About You

As a Microsoft Applications Specialist, you will contribute to the overall success of ITRAK 365 within our customers. You will leverage your ITRAK 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform expertise to become a trusted advisor and create innovative, results‑driven solutions that expand ITRAK 365 deeper in the customer base while providing more value with the solution. Your creativity and hands‑on approach with customers will aid in taking our growth to the next level.

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term business relationships with our customers;
• Leverage your ITRAK 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform expertise to service our customers as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME);
• Provide support for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 licensing and consumption;
• Drive successful ITRAK 365 implementations and growth;
• Embrace AI technologies such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to be more efficient in your job and support our customers' adoption of AI and the ITRAK 365 Copilots;
• Participate in all stages of an ITRAK 365 project, including discovery, analysis/design, configuration and deployment;
• Train and support your customers and teammates as required;
• Assist the Sales Team when required to help close new deals;
• Your days will be filled with customers eager to get your time (minimum billable utilization target of 60%);
• You will be constantly growing your business knowledge and technical expertise.

• Hands‑on with Microsoft Power Platform: 2+ years of experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Licensing;
• Solution Implementation:
  Building apps, workflows, and dashboards; configuring environments; integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other software;
• Customization & Configuration:
  Creating custom tables, forms, and views; managing security roles and permissions;
• Basic Development
  
  Skills:
  
  Understanding of formulas, expressions, and low‑code scripting;
• Data Handling:
  Familiarity with data modeling, connectors, and integration with external systems;
• Legally entitled to work in Canada;
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
