- Participate in end‑to‑end issue management processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Monitor and report on trends in learning and training escalations
- Analyze escalation trends and contribute to recommendations for remediation and improvement
- Act as a subject matter expert in LMS and online learning solutions to support learners and L&D partners
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or learning environment with strong LMS knowledge
- Excellent research and investigative skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a learner‑focused mindset
- Excellent business writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and basic Share Point
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn and expand skill sets
