Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant - Cloud; Remote

• Provide technical expertise related to implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Crowd Strike Falcon Cloud Security platform and associated applications/modules
• Support modification of scripts for deploying Falcon Cloud Security solutions with Bash, Power Shell, Cloud Formation, and Terraform
• Troubleshoot customer deployment issues across small to large enterprises
• Work closely and collaboratively with customer information technology teams
• Facilitate working relationships between product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment
• Extensive knowledge of at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong proficiency in scripting with Python and expertise in Linux administration
• Comprehensive customer-facing consulting experience

• Cloud platform and Dev Ops certifications
• Experience with containerization technologies like EKS, AKS, GKE, ECS, Open Shift, and Docker
• Proficiency in deployment tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, and Helm
• Familiarity with Git Hub, Bitbucket, and Jenkins
• Knowledge of code and repository management best practices
