• Provide expert-level technical support to internal teams and B2B customers, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions
• Manage escalation issues from assessment through resolution, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
• Collaborate with Market Technical Support Specialists and Field Service Engineers to enhance customer issue resolution
• Contribute to the deployment of New Product Introductions, including installations and field monitoring activities
• Maintain knowledge management processes by authoring and reviewing knowledge articles using KCS methodology

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or field service, preferably in a B2B health technology environment
• Experience with medical technology systems, including PACS, DICOM, EMR systems, and HL7 integration
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related technical field
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
• Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements

• Experience with root cause analysis and escalation handling
• Familiarity with knowledge article management and cross-functional team collaboration
• Willingness to travel on-site when required
