YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead data analytics projects to advise clients on financial and commercial issues, M&A transactions, and value creation opportunities for corporate clients and private equity portfolio companies.
- Guide teams in executing descriptive and predictive analytics, transforming data into actionable insights.
- Contribute to practice development and business growth through client meetings, presentations, and new business pursuits.
- Support the career development of junior staff through mentorship.
- Drive innovation by applying advanced analytical techniques and staying updated on sector trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic insights and solutions.
- Project Management:
Manage cross‑functional project teams for successful execution. - Commercially Driven:
Apply strong business acumen coupled with technical knowledge in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. - Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Alteryx, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Python; interest in AI technologies. - Business Development:
Assist in client acquisition and practice growth efforts. - People Development:
Mentor and guide junior team members. - Innovation:
Leverage cutting‑edge data analytics techniques to deliver insights. - Relationship Building:
Establish strong relationships with clients, offering data‑driven recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field, with 5+ years of experience (or a graduate degree with 4+ years).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data wrangling, transformation, and analysis (descriptive & predictive).
- Proficiency in relational databases and data models.
- Experience across diverse industries (TMT, Healthcare, Retail) and functional areas (corporate finance, supply chain).
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to varied audiences.
- Residency or commutable proximity to one of the specified office locations.
- Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as required.
- Master’s degree, CPA, or CFA license.
- M&A experience and financial statement analysis.
- Experience with advanced analytical methods (e.g., statistical pricing studies, customer lifetime value).
- Familiarity with AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and large language models.
- Interest in alternative data for competitive positioning analysis.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits, with base salary ranging from $120,400 to $220,700 across U.S. locations.
- Hybrid work model: 40–60% in‑office for client‑serving roles, with flexibility and support for remote work where appropriate.
