Key Responsibilities
  • Lead data analytics projects to advise clients on financial and commercial issues, M&A transactions, and value creation opportunities for corporate clients and private equity portfolio companies.
  • Guide teams in executing descriptive and predictive analytics, transforming data into actionable insights.
  • Contribute to practice development and business growth through client meetings, presentations, and new business pursuits.
  • Support the career development of junior staff through mentorship.
  • Drive innovation by applying advanced analytical techniques and staying updated on sector trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic insights and solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field, with 5+ years of experience (or a graduate degree with 4+ years).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data wrangling, transformation, and analysis (descriptive & predictive).
  • Proficiency in relational databases and data models.
  • Experience across diverse industries (TMT, Healthcare, Retail) and functional areas (corporate finance, supply chain).
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to varied audiences.
  • Residency or commutable proximity to one of the specified office locations.
  • Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as required.
Ideal Additional Qualifications
  • Master’s degree, CPA, or CFA license.
  • M&A experience and financial statement analysis.
  • Experience with advanced analytical methods (e.g., statistical pricing studies, customer lifetime value).
  • Familiarity with AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and large language models.
  • Interest in alternative data for competitive positioning analysis.
