• Manage registration systems, workflows, automations, and integrations for all Fal.
  
  Con events, ensuring zero-fail execution
• Collaborate with agencies, event tech vendors, and internal teams to deliver flawless registration and data flow
• Track, analyze, and report on registration metrics and attendance trends to inform strategy and improve ROI
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with event goals and audience segments
• Support onsite registration operations, troubleshooting, escalations, and rapid‑response problem‑solving

• 5+ years of experience managing registration and event technology for large‑scale conferences or corporate events
• Proficiency with major registration platforms, specifically Rain Focus
• Comfort managing multiple complex events and competing priorities simultaneously
• Understanding of event data flows and integrations (CRM, marketing automation, mobile apps)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

• Experience with event‑tech ecosystems and a curiosity to experiment with AI tools that boost speed and precision
• Detail‑oriented with a strong ability to anticipate issues and engineer solutions
