Product Manager, Clinical Communication and Collaboration - US Remote

• Provide vision and direction for the product from a patient and user‑centered perspective to stakeholders
• Assess new initiatives for strategic alignment, product fit, and return on investment
• Collaborate with UX designers and architects to refine initiatives for estimation by the development team
• Plan, communicate, and maintain a 3‑year customer‑facing roadmap while coordinating with various departments
• Establish, maintain, and report on product management and roadmap delivery KPIs

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• At least 3+ years of experience leading end‑to‑end product management on both SaaS and mobile platforms
• Strong orientation toward data and evidence, with the ability to question the status quo
• Experience in process improvement and advancing Agile maturity
• Ability to collaborate effectively and lead through influence without authority

• Domain knowledge in Clinical Communications, Clinical Workflows, or Provider Scheduling is a plus
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Pendo is advantageous
• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master or higher certification preferred
• Technical familiarity with RESTful API architecture or front‑end web development languages
• Graduate Degree (MBA or MSc) is beneficial
