- Manage and direct a team of Applied Scientists and Research Engineers, fostering a high-performance culture

- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define and execute the AI-driven product roadmap
- Oversee the scaling of experiment and LLMOps platforms, ensuring operational excellence
- Champion innovation by exploring emerging technologies and sharing insights with both technical and non-technical audiences
- PhD in a relevant discipline or Master’s with comparable experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience building information retrieval (IR) and natural language processing (NLP) systems for commercial applications
- Strong experience in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and Large Language Models (LLM)
- Prior management experience with a focus on coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions at scale in enterprise environments
- Experience innovating state-of-the-art research to solve real-world problems
- Relevant publications in top conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, SIGIR, or KDD
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala
