This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Automation Specialist – Social Media & Content Workflows, located in Sheridan, WY, with opportunities for partial work from home. The role involves designing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions to optimize content workflows and enhance social media strategies.

• Analyze processes
• Develop automation strategies
• Test implementations
• Troubleshoot identified issues
• Ensure quality assurance in automation projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation solutions with business goals

• Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, with the ability to design and implement workflow solutions
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and developing effective resolutions to ensure smooth operations
• Experience in creating and executing Test Cases for automation systems
• Proven ability to handle Quality Assurance tasks and maintain high standards in automation outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with social media platforms, content management tools, and digital marketing automation systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
