• Champion the Cybersecurity training and awareness program, including phishing campaigns and education
• Develop and implement a long-term Cyber Security Awareness Program strategy
• Design and lead cybersecurity tabletop exercises and manage the Enterprise Phishing Awareness Campaign
• Tailor education programs for critical roles and monitor project activities for timely completion
• Establish a metrics framework to measure the impact of the cybersecurity awareness program

• 2-3 years of professional experience with Phishing Campaigns
• 2-3 years of professional Threat Intelligence experience
• Experience leading cybersecurity awareness programs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security
• 3-5 years of experience in Information Security, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Experience with KnowBe4 or similar programs
• Proven ability to create threat intelligence education and knowledge-based articles
• Hands-on experience with GRC frameworks and governance practices
• Familiarity with HITRUST frameworks
• Ability to work across multiple time zones in a global environment
