• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the adoption lifecycle of legal and tax AI products
• Develop and implement tailored adoption strategies that align with customer objectives
• Lead onboarding sessions and training programs to empower customer teams in utilizing AI tools
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization
• Monitor customer engagement metrics and address barriers to adoption to drive continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Tax, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or solution delivery within AI, legal, tax, or trade domains
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt
• Proven experience leading customer adoption initiatives for SaaS, AI, or enterprise software solutions
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and provide actionable insights

• Familiarity with AI-powered legal or tax technologies
• Experience designing and implementing adoption frameworks for new software solutions
• Knowledge of integration with enterprise systems such as document management and ERP platforms
• Consultative approach focused on measurable customer outcomes
• Experience in a Corporate Legal department
