Customer Education Specialist - Flex; US Remote

• Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on the use of complex software products and services
• Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and designated third-party software
• Present training using various classroom methods, including lectures and online projection
• Complete department-required reports within set standards
• Manage communication with customer contacts regarding training schedules

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check as required by the US Department of Justice
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance

• Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
