Job Summary

Expert Business Analyst and Data Analyst with in‑depth knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud and packages (at least 4+ years of experience on project).

Responsibilities

Perform BA and configuration tasks in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Troubleshoot data issues in Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo.
Configure Tableau dashboards (basic proficiency).
Configure Marketo Cloud.
Interact with ETL team (Informatica jobs) and perform RCA on bugs.
Use Selenium QA tool and conduct functional testing.
Lead functional testing area strategically.
Use JIRA, Confluence, and Service Now in projects.
Work with 3rd‑party tools such as LinkPoint, Apttus, Conga, and Clicktools package.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and
Experience with data visualization, datasets, unit testing, and use cases.
Proficiency with Tableau and Marketo.
Experience with Selenium QA tool.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Service Now.
Experience interacting with ETL teams and performing root cause analysis.
