Your role is a hybrid Data Engineer/Data Scientist/Business Analyst that listens to business problems, builds end‑to‑end data solutions, and delivers high‑impact insights. You will be a key technical leader, designing the architecture, leading execution, and mentoring the team.

• Architect, design, and lead the implementation of complex, scalable data solutions in the cloud using AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and other modern technologies.
• Build subject‑matter expertise in a specific business area and understand data flows from creation, ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Support strategy for the analytics engineering function, including data frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Lead the design, build, and maintenance of a robust, governed semantic layer for business intelligence and analytics.
• Spearhead data quality and governance, establishing frameworks and processes to ensure data integrity.
• Act as a primary technical consultant to senior executives and stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into actionable insights.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Set standards for documentation, conduct peer code reviews, and define comprehensive testing strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and champion new technologies and methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

• 7+ years progressive experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar role;
  SaaS experience is a plus.
• Financial & Go‑to‑Market data experience and familiarity with sensitive PII.
• Data modeling expertise: star schema, snowflake schema, modular reusable models.
• Expert‑level proficiency with cloud data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake (preferred), Redshift, or Big Query.
• Extensive experience developing and optimizing complex ETL/ELT programs using DBT, Fivetran, Airflow, etc.; query tuning and materialization strategies.
• Proficiency with AI tools: LLM prompt engineering, end‑to‑end data product design.
• Intermediate to advanced Python, R for data manipulation, modeling, and ML.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, decision‑making capabilities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
