Customer Education Specialist - Flex; US Remote

• Teach and instruct agency customers/end users and staff on the use of complex software products and services
• Conduct on-site and remote training for the Motorola Flex software and designated third‑party software
• Present training using various classroom methods, including lectures and online projection
• Manage communication with customer contacts related to the training schedule
  
  Complete department‑required reports according to set standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to work in high-security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's CJIS Security Policy
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance

• Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
• Familiarity with training methodologies and classroom management
