Senior Security Engineer (Privacy + Compliance)

We’re Hiring a Senior Security Engineer (Privacy + Compliance) to join our remote team. You’ll work with high‑visibility clients in two ways:

• Team Augmentation – integrate directly into a client’s team and work alongside their designers and engineers.
• Design & Build – join a Full Stack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Security Engineer or similar role.
• Advanced English and a four‑year college degree.
• Hands‑on experience with COPPA compliance and children’s data privacy initiatives.
• Strong background in secure data handling, audit readiness, and privacy‑by‑design principles.
• Experience designing or supporting content moderation systems, safety mechanisms, and risk controls.
• Prior experience working with regulated or high‑trust consumer products is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail and a positive mindset.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams and large, complex systems.
• Extreme ownership of work and consistent 40‑hour per week availability.
