You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. At Ateko, you’ll work on strategic, high-impact projects to maximize value for our clients in regards to their AI, data project. You’ll be working on analyzing and studying the needs for Service Now AI solutions at our clients, and your success will be measured by your ability to clearly understand the client’s needs and vision, provide strategic guidance, and ensure that you write well‑scoped service proposals that align with those needs.

You’ll collaborate with the Advisory team under the leadership of the team’s Director of Data and AI. No egos—just smart people solving complex problems together, in partnership with stakeholders, technical experts, and pre‑sales teams.

Your day to day will look like this:

• Providing specialized consulting services, with a focus on deploying and optimizing Service Now within client organizations.
• Crafting compelling narratives and strategic presentations that showcase the value of Service Now in our clients’ digital transformation journeys.
• Working closely with clients to understand their business processes and challenges, and advising them on how Service Now can be effectively leveraged to achieve their strategic goals.
• Occasionally identifying opportunities where hyperscaler cloud solutions can complement Service Now offerings, ensuring a holistic approach to digital transformation.
• Leading the development and structuring of complex Service Now‑related proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and business objectives.
• Translating proposals into Statements of Work for contractual purposes.
• Facilitating workshops and meetings to foster understanding and adoption of Service Now solutions, demonstrating their ability to transform business operations.
• Staying up to date with the latest Service Now features and capabilities to continuously propose innovative and effective solutions.

The following experiences will help you succeed in this role. However, if you meet only some of the criteria—especially those related to Service Now consulting—we’d still love to consider your application, as we prioritize potential above all.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with Service Now and a strong understanding of digital transformation.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Action‑oriented mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders and propose solutions.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• English proficiency is required.

• Previous experience with Now Assist is a big plus.
• Relevant Service Now certifications.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Bilingualism in French and English.
