About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Online Data Analyst to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize online performance. As an Online Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor, analyze, and report on digital metrics, ensuring the organization stays ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Objectives
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret online data to support business goals.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance digital strategies.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports and visualizations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to improve data quality and insights.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of datasets.
  • Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices.
  • Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online data analysis, preferably within digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Strong skills in data manipulation and visualization using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, SEM, PPC).
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
