Bilingual Computer Technical Support Analyst (A&R Solutions - Fredericton NB)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Bilingual Technical Support Analyst located in Fredericton, NB and servicing the surrounding areas. The bilingual technical support analyst will be responsible to provide IT assistance to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth operation of systems. You will use tools like Auto Task to manage requests and escalate issues as needed.

Hours:
7 AM EST until 4 PM EST.

Salary: 45-55K based on experience

The role will be Hybrid: 90% remote work, with roughly one day a month or as needed dedicated to servicing the customers we have in the Fredericton area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive, log, and prioritize support requests.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
  • Support users with Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Manage Office 365 accounts, licenses, and permissions.
  • Monitor Office 365 service status and resolve incidents.
  • Participate in other IT projects as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
  • Knowledge of Auto Task or other ticketing systems.
  • Experience with remote management tools such as Datto

    RMM, Screen Connect, or Ninja

    RMM.
  • Strong documentation skills, ideally with ITGlue or equivalent.
  • Basic cybersecurity knowledge and experience with anti-malware tools.
  • Bilingual in French and English, customer-service oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
  • Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-900).
  • Working toward Office 365 certifications.
