A leading tech company in Vancouver is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support for local and remote employees in a mixed Windows and macOS environment. The role includes day-to-day support for hardware and software issues, managing users and devices in Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting connectivity problems. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and 2+ years of corporate IT support experience.
The position offers an annual salary range of CAD $55,000.00 - CAD $75,000.00.
