- Coordinate and govern the local managed service Desktop Team to ensure service delivery meets operational expectations
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of technical problems and facilitate knowledge transfer to support staff
- Participate in structured processes for continuous improvement and new support requests
- Provide backup support to the executive support team for high-level meetings and events
- Degree or Diploma in an IT or Telecommunications-related field
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in an IT desktop support role within a large corporation
- Exceptional technical troubleshooting skills and experience with process improvement
- Recent experience supporting senior-level personnel in a corporate environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Familiarity with emerging technologies related to end-user support
- Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a corporate setting
