What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide senior-level IT support, working directly with enterprise business and IT groups
  • Coordinate and govern the local managed service Desktop Team to ensure service delivery meets operational expectations
  • Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of technical problems and facilitate knowledge transfer to support staff
  • Participate in structured processes for continuous improvement and new support requests
  • Provide backup support to the executive support team for high-level meetings and events
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Degree or Diploma in an IT or Telecommunications-related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in an IT desktop support role within a large corporation
  • Exceptional technical troubleshooting skills and experience with process improvement
  • Recent experience supporting senior-level personnel in a corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies related to end-user support
  • Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a corporate setting
