• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics, and other related departments
• At least 1 year work experience in performance marketing data, product analytics or related roles
• Experience in SQL and Python is a plus, or eager to learn
• Strong analytical skills to use data to drive, measure, analyze results and create insights
• Familiar to performance marketing KPI’s and creating insights
• Good analytical skills enabling to make analysis in detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Have a passion for digital products, generally tech-interested and tech-savvy
• A never-ending desire to grow and learn
• Multi-tasking
• Ability to adapt and learn new data tools quickly
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities
• Advanced level in Excel

• Working closely with product & marketing teams to ensure actionable insights are delivered in a feasible manner
• Creating daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports and insights for campaigns
• Owner of the performance marketing data and is responsible to following campaigns of more than 20 mobile apps and 25 countries
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating large sets of data from multiple sources and compiling it into a simplified and actionable formats
• Feeding the marketing and UA teams with detailed reports and insights
• Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data
• Following the active campaigns constantly in detail for each campaign
