We are looking for an SEO & AI Content Specialist to join our global SEO team and help us scale organic visibility across both search engines and AI-driven channels. You will work on content for our outplacement business, as well as our resume writing, builder, and general consumer offerings. You will use our LLM Visibility Tracker to find ranking gaps and guide content strategy.

Your work will help our materials appear more often in AI-driven results and classic search results alike. This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.

• Optimise and maintain site content to improve freshness, structure, and on-page SEO performance
• Use insights from our LLM / GEO / AEO tools to guide updates and new content creation
• Collaborate with SEO, PR, and Sales teams to produce content (landing pages, thought leadership, outreach materials)
• Experiment with AI tools and prompting for ideation, research, editing, and optimisation
• Drive our GEO/AEO efforts so content is structured to be cited, visible, and trusted by AI systems
• Track and report how changes affect both organic and AI visibility
• Keep up to date with search and LLM trends and feed insights back into the team

• 1–3 years experience in SEO, content, or digital marketing (ideally content-heavy)
• Strong foundation in SEO best practices (on-page, internal linking, meta, content structure)
• Hands‑on familiarity with LLMs beyond just generating content, with prompting, model behavior, strengths and limits
• Curious and experimental mindset – you like testing, measuring, and iterating
• Excellent written English and editing standards
• Experience with tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console

• Coding experience, API use, no-code automations, etc.
• Experience with GEO / AEO (AI / generative optimisation in search)
• Background writing or editing in career, HR, B2C space
• Comfortable working with Word Press, N8N, Google Notebook
