Senior Technology Delivery Manager (UK Home Office)

Join to apply for the Senior Technology Delivery Manager role at UK Home Office.

As a Senior Delivery Manager you will form part of the leadership team for the Home Office’s immigration and asylum case working service, known as Atlas. Atlas supports over 30,000 business users to casework regular and irregular immigration applications, as well as support Immigration Enforcement and Border Force services. These services support millions of immigration applications and we operate in a highly political and critical area.

This role is specifically to lead delivery streams within the non‑asylum side of the case working service, made up of multiple specific and cross‑cutting products. Atlas is a complex and sizeable service and Delivery Managers will lead development and have supplier management responsibility for their streams, coordinating with their peers to deliver end‑to‑end outcomes in Atlas that work both for their specific business areas and the wider Atlas eco‑system.

The full Atlas delivery team, made up of over 300 digital, data and technology specialists across multiple portfolios and suppliers, are in the process of moving to a product‑centric model with multi‑disciplinary teams responsible for outcomes. Delivery management will be pivotal in helping to achieve this vision.
