IT Project Manager
Description Summary
Manages the Information Technology (IT) needs of assigned Business Segment(s) through staff and/or subordinate managers and supervisors. Integral in the development of strategy, planning, funding, and delivery of technology products and services to the Business Segment(s) and delivery partners.
Duties and Responsibilities- Partners in developing /executing technology strategy and is responsible for end-to-end technology project execution including resource planning.
- Responsible for financial transparency across IT (including initiatives and base operations) for the Business Segment(s).
- Evaluates and validates business drivers and priorities and communicates to the organization.
- Accountable for business domains and products.
- Lead team of developers through system design and architecture
- Perform review of code quality, application resiliency, scalability, security
- Build governance and oversight around software engineering practices in Agile life cycle
- Collaborate with product partners and other technology stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of related experience with at least 6 years of experience leading software development teams
- Development and delivery experience in Cloud native technologies (preferably GCP), Azure, AWS
- Experience driving micro services architecture and event driven architecture-based solutions
- Experience with Spring Boot Java, online frameworks like Angular, React, Flutter, etc., node.
JS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or similar field.
- 15+ years of related experience with at least 8 years of experience leading software development teams
- Experience working in an Agile delivery life cycle and working with onsite and offshore developers
- Strategic planning, problem solving, team management, training, growth mindset.
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

CompensationRange
93,000. USD Annual
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
