This role focuses on operational support and data workflow execution. You’ll help improve the speed and quality of data-related tasks by keeping systems clean, structured, and consistent.
Responsibilities- Manage daily data pipeline tasks (imports, exports, updates, cleanup)
- Identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing fields; correct issues
- Maintain operational trackers and performance dashboards
- Coordinate tasks across team members and follow up for completion
- Communicate process updates and document best practices
- Help implement improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency
- Strong operational mindset with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable with structured workflows and repeatable processes
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (filters, validation, formulas)
- Strong communication and status reporting
