The Service Now FSO Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions on the Service Now platform, especially relating to the Financial Services Operations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of FSO functionalities.

• Solution Design:
  Architect and design end-to-end Service Now FSO solutions tailored for banking operations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Configuration and Customization:
  Configure and customize Service Now FSO modules to meet specific banking requirements, including workflows, applications, and integrations.
• Process Improvement:
  Analyze current banking processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using Service Now.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Collaborate with senior banking stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges, providing expert advice on Service Now capabilities.
• Documentation:
  Document technical designs, development processes, and solution configurations.
• Training:
  Conduct training sessions and workshops for banking staff on Service Now FSO functionalities.

• Extensive experience with Service Now, solution architecture
• Strong understanding of workflows, integrations, and customizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, consultants, and project managers.
• Bilingual French - English
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest FSO features and industry trends.
