Senior Infrastructure Program Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Program Manager for a leading veterinary organization. In this role, the Senior PM will drive the successful delivery of a large-scale IT infrastructure hardware refresh program, oversee construction-related IT initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize project management processes for consistency and quality. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, managing two to three simultaneous IT construction projects that support hospital development.

The ideal candidate excels at communicating across diverse audiences, defining and leveraging escalation paths, and providing clear, timely updates to leadership. This role is remote, but the candidate must be able to travel 25% to hospital sites nationwide.
This Senior PM will report into the Director of Infrastructure & Cloud Transformation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of technology project/program management experience, including 3+ years in a program leadership role.

• Proven success in managing large-scale programs with vendor oversight and direct project delivery.

• Hands-on experience with technology migrations and implementations.

• Strong foundation in IT infrastructure, application management, and operational processes.

• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira), and process standardization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP Certified
Additional Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.

• Ability to travel up to 25% for training, meetings, and project-related activities.

• Reliable remote work environment, including stable high-speed internet and the ability to maintain uninterrupted audio/video communication.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• ITIL Foundations, Agile certifications preferred
